ALIENATION

Sometimes, 1st lady, you suffer alienation from your church members and it seems as if they are closing ranks and making you feel like the outsider, when this should not be happening at all.

I want you to know that God’s got you.

I am sure you remember the story of King Hezekiah. Sennacherib thought he had subdued the Israelites.  He would come up to them and taunt them time and time again. King Hezekiah did not reply to this taunts and instead he covered himself with sackcloth and went into the house of God.  He also sought out prophet Isaiah.  (2 Kgs 18 & 19).  You my sister know how the story ends, with victory on the side of the children of Israel and Sennacherib ended up killed.

I can feel your pain says the Lord but remember, don’t allow the spirit of alienation to take over you.  Your God whom you serve is getting ready to make a way for you where there seems to be no way.  Hold your peace my sister in Christ.  God is getting ready to fight your battles for you and make you a victor and not a victim.
Jer 29:12-13 Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you.  You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.

Hard as this situation seems, don’t give up and don’t give in, the devil is a liar, your victory is coming and the situation that you are in, will lead to you testifying to His glory.

Prayer point: Father help me to hold on and not succumb to the attacks of the enemy in Jesus name, amen.
