Are you going through a situation that seems impossible for you? If you are, I know someone who can help you: the Living King of Glory! You have to be hungry for that impossible situation to shift. It has to become a great need situation for you or a hopeless condition. A situation where you know only God can take you through it; only God can save you; only God can deliver you; only God can break the chains of captivity in your life, only God!
Three things you need to do:
1. Lose yourself in extravagant worship. I mean set time aside to worship the miracle working God. I mean, forget where you are and forget the time. Just see yourself in the presence of the King of Glory, see yourself worshipping Him in Jesus name. This is where you will encounter God. God’s supernatural power is ever present. He created the earth from nothing. He is all powerful. Ps 62:11 ‘God has spoken once, twice I have heard this: that power belongs to God.’ The Bible is full of God’s power in action: For example the parting of the Red Sea ( Ex 14:15-16), Jesus turning water into wine (Jhn 2:1-11).
2. Are you hungry? Are you desperate for more? Remember the story of blind Bartimaeus? He was desperate for God to do the impossible in his life and by that I mean to have the ability to see. He called out to Jesus, when he heard that it was Jesus passing by and people told him to shut up but he cried out louder. His cry provoked Jesus to stop, turn around and tell his disciples to bring Bartimaeus over. The blind man got his sight (Mrk 10:46-52). More examples of God’s supernatural power: Jesus’s robe healing the woman with the issue of blood (Luk 8:43-44).
3. Have faith in your heart that when you pray, He hears you. By having faith, you are saying to God, that you know that only He can do it. Only He can make that impossible situation in your life become possible. In Hebs 11:6, we are told – And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.’ Remember Abraham and Sarah? God promised them a son (Genesis 17:16– 19). According to the laws of nature, it was completely impossible for them to conceive. Yet the Lord said to them, “Is anything too hard for Me? At the time appointed I will return unto thee and Sarah shall have a son” (Genesis 18:14). Something totally impossible was about to be made possible by the power of God . And of course, Sara ended up conceiving and bringing forth a son who would play a major role in God’s plan for mankind Gen 21:1-7. More example of God’s supernatural power: water coming out of a rock (Ex 17:1-6).
We too can experience the impossible in our lives, by tapping into the supernatural power of God now (Luke 1:37). Let me tell you this: the Word works!
Prayers: Lord show me your face; Lord I want more of you; only you Lord can get me out of this situation; by your power Lord, I want to experience a miracle in the area of my….
