I must confess that I do not know what I would do without prayer, especially now when there is so much going on, one challenge or the other to deal with, so much negativity and bad news.

We know who is responsible for this and as such we need to prayerfully cover ourselves at all times; from when we are awake to when we go to bed and if possible when you are sleeping.  Of course the latter part is not for everyone.  Its for those of us, who don’t sleep well because we have a lot on our mind and so sometimes sleep eludes us.

Now back to prayer, God answers prayers:  prayers open closed doors; prayers bring answers to our questions; prayers can be sent out; prayers move mountains; prayers bring miracles etc…

In essence what I am saying is we need to pray more than we used to; there is so much havoc and chaos around us sometimes that you a woman of prayer loose hope to the point where you think prayers do not work or that God does not answer prayers any more.  He does!  Pls raise above the negativity around you and get back into you place of prayer, it works and God hears you and me, when we pray.  It not an easy task, especially when you have been lied to that God does not hear you but I want to assure you today that He does.  He is waiting for you to call on him…
With God and prayer, your ability to speak and tell him what you want and what is going on, you are routed for a WIN/WIN.  I’ll leave you with these familiar Scriptures on prayers:

Psalm 107:28-30 Then they cried to the LORD in their trouble, and he delivered them from their distress. He made the storm be still, and the waves of the sea were hushed. Then they were glad that the waters were quiet, and he brought them to their desired haven

Matthew 7:7  “Ask, and it will be given to you seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.

Mark 11:24  Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.

John 14:13-14 Whatever you ask in my name, this I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask me anything in my name, I will do it
