He is risen

He has risen

In Luke 24:1-12, we see the women going to Jesus’ tomb with spices.  When they got there, they saw that the stone was rolled away from the front of the tomb and two angels appeared to them and said: vs 6…Why do you look for the living among the dead? He is not here; he has risen! Remember how he told you, while he was still with you in Galilee’.

Yes, we are celebrating the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ.  We serve a living God, the one who is the same, yesterday, today and forever.

The resurrection of our Lord and Saviour Jesus is the centre of our faith.  Where would we be if death had power over Him?  But because of his death and resurrection, we can face tomorrow and have faith that that power that raised Jesus from the dead is able to deliver you and I from any situation, no matter how dire the situation might be.

Satan thought he had the victory but on the 3rd day, the power of resurrection came alive and rose Jesus and he went about appearing to his disciples and other people before He was taken up to heaven.

During this season of the new, season of the miraculous, season of the living, season of glory, season of raising up, what are you believing God to do for you? Your household? Your children? etc…

Our God is alive and seated in Heaven, wanting to reach out to you and wipe that tear away.  He wants you to know that He sees your struggles and needs and that He will provide for you if you do not give up on Him.  Stand strong and keep the faith.

PRAYER POINT: Lord, I tap into the anointing of your resurrection power and ask that this matter…that seems dead in my life come alive in Jesus name.  Let the resurrection power of God come into my life and bring to life every dead situation in Jesus name.
