Stand for God

Eph 6:13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. 14 Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness…

Sometimes, it seems as if all what you are doing in order for that situation to shift is not bringing about any positive result.    The situation all of a sudden seems even larger than before. Or you feel that God has abandoned you.

It is not so and that is not the case.  The Word that we are looking at today is telling us to stand firm.  So, you have fasted, prayed, praised, worshipped and done other things and still yet, the mountain is still there.  Keep doing what you need to do and don’t let that situation rob you of your joy and peace in life.

The Holy Spirit is saying ‘having done all’, ‘stand firm’.  Where else can you go?  Who else can you go and see?  God is the ultimate.  Besides Him, there is no other.  Keep on being faithful to Him and let Him do only what He can do for you and that is open doors unto you that no man can shut.  Heal you totally and completely; God is the one who can do it.  He can save that child of yours and restore his/her lost glory.  When its your time, the limelight of God will beam on you and no one can stop that light from shining to where God wants it to shine to.  God is the one who can take a person from the state of zero to the status of hero.
